Stupa Incense - Dorjee
Stupa Incense are a socially and environmentally conscious business that provides employment for many local Artisans in the Kathmandu Valley.
Their bamboo-less incense is handmade using the Lama Dorjee technique which are then beautifully packaged in Lokta Paper boxes which have been handmade by Artisans using ancient paper making techniques. They have a delicate string tie closure that wraps around a little wooden button, providing for a stunning, unique keepsake once the incense is finished. Fully recyclable and re-usable
Contains: 40 x (10cm) incense sticks in lokta paper pouch & a clay incense holder.

Dorjee: created in honour of Lama Dorjee, the monk who assisted Stupa in learning the ancient art of incense making. In Hindu Dorjee also translates to Shining Light.
This incense is prepared using Buddhist incense making techniques using locally foraged natural herbs, barks, plants and leaves like Sang, Clove, Kuth, Cinnamon and Valerian to create this unique incense.
