Refund policy

Change of Mind We do not accept change of mind returns once an order has been shipped. If you have any concerns about your order, please reach out to us via email and we'll do our best to help.

Order Cancellations If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Provided your order has not yet been shipped, we are happy to issue a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund for change of mind.

Damaged or Unsatisfactory Items If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please email us to discuss and we will work with you to find a resolution.

Return Shipping If a return is agreed upon, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
