Refund policy

The Wild Moon is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. 

Whilst we take the utmost care in wrapping your product for safe shipping in some cases damage does happen in transit. Please notify us as soon as your item is received with photos so we can find a solution.  

If you place and pay for your item, provided it has not been shipped, we will be happy to refund. Once shipped no refund for change of mind is available.
