SHIPPING & RETURNS

POSTAGE AND HANDLING

Standard Shipping within Australia starts at $12.50. Orders are sent via trackable Parcel Post using Australia Post. Postage times vary but are generally take between 2-7 days after purchase, depending on the destination. 

AusPost is used for PO boxes, Parcel Lockers & express shipments.

Once your parcel has been shipped we will not be responsible for items that go missing in the post. We are happy to lodge a report with the carrier on your behalf. Australia Post may compensate up to $100 if your parcel is lost. I am happy to work with you to try to replace any items up to that value. If your order value is over $100 insurance is recommended. 

We wrap with the utmost care to ensure your items arrive safely to you. Insurance is advised with delicate items. Please email for a quote prior to payment. 

Order Tracking

All orders are sent with a tracking number and tracking link which is emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. 

Express Post

If you require Express delivery please contact us for a quote. 

International Shipping

We ship standard post with Australia Post which include a tracking number. If you would like Express post, insurance or signature on delivery please let us know. 

Please note all international orders are subject to import and/or customs charges, which the receiver/customer is liable for. The Wild Moon cannot be responsible for these additional charges.

 

RETURNS 

The Wild Moon does not refund on change of mind. 

Due to Crystals being a product of Mother Earth it is not unusual for them to natural imperfections which only add to their uniqueness. Depending on what it is, there will be no refund for natural inclusions. 

We do not offer refunds on sale or items on promotion.

We do not offer a return/refund on any of the following: Jewellery, Books, Drink bottles, incense, gift vouchers, items not returned in full or returned damaged and any postage costs. 

Returns Shipping
Please email thewildmoon.au@gmail.com for all return enquiries and if it falls with our refund policy we will provide you with address to return to.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we will not be held responsible for any parcels that may go missing in transit. 

Damaged in transit

All items are wrapped with the utmost care to ensure they arrive undamaged. Occasionally, with such delicate items, something may happen. Please contact us ASAP with photos and we will advise next steps. 

Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email confirming the refund has been processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days. We will be in touch if there are any issues with the returned goods.
